Online check-in is available across the majority of Kam Air destinations.
Online check-in will be open 24 hours prior to departure time.
You will be asked to provide your reservation number and full name.
Once all of the steps are completed you will be issued a boarding pass which you need to print and present at the airport.
In case you are traveling without a checked in luggage, you can use this boarding pass to board the flight directly without the need of passing through the check in counters.
In case you are traveling with a checked in luggage, you are kindly required to approach the check-in counters, where you will check in your luggage and collect the luggage tags then proceed to your gate.
Note: Some airports authorities do not accept the online boarding pass; thus you will be required to replace it at the dedicated check-in counters of your flight within the regular counter opening time if requested to do so.
Online Check-in Terms and Conditions
Passengers must be at the airport no later than, 1 hour before flight departure time
Passengers who successfully checked in online:
With check-in baggage must be at the Check-In counter for document verification and acceptance of check-in baggage no later than 1 hour before departure time.
Without check-in baggage may proceed to the boarding gate no later than 45 minutes before departure time. Document verification shall be performed prior to boarding.
If requiring Special Assistance:
Passenger must be at the airport Check-In Counter 90 minutes before departure time to be assisted accordingly. Each passenger is allowed one piece of hand-carry baggage small enough to be placed in the overhead bin or under the passenger seat of the aircraft cabin with a maximum dimension of 45 In and maximum weight of 7 Kgs (15 lbs).
Dangerous goods (articles or substances which may pose a risk to health, safety, property or the environment) must not be carried in cabin baggage or checked in baggage.
Boarding gates close 20 minutes before the fight departure.
Kam Air reserves the right to offload passengers for failure to arrive at the Check-In Counter or Boarding Gate on time. Kam Air reserves the right to reseat passengers in the event of aircraft substitution or change seat assignment for security, safety, regulatory and operational reasons.
Passengers seated on emergency exit row must comply with safety regulations and requirements.
Passengers must be fit to travel; clearance must be secured for medical cases.
Kam Air may contact the card holder or the passenger through the contact details provided to further validate the reservation or to require presentation of the credit card used for payment.
Present your online check-in boarding pass and a valid travel documents or ID at the airport.
