Delayed Baggage

If you are unable to locate your checked baggage upon arrival, you'll need to notify a representative of the airline with which your flight terminates. For example, if you flew Kam Air from Kabul to Dubai, and then on to London with British Airways, you'll need to speak to a British Airways representative.

Here you can find out what to do, should your checked baggage be missing upon arrival.

If your baggage has been delayed or lost, you should complete the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) form before leaving the airport.

Necessary Documents
- Property Irregularity Report (PIR) issued at the airport
